Worked with Bruno & Bruno from 1994 to 2010. My work for the firm was primarily in the fields of complex litigation, i.e. class action and mass joinder cases, including mass tort, occupational lung disease, product liability, and federal wage and hour violations I worked at Bruno & Bruno primarily in conjunction with Joseph M. Bruno, Bruno & Bruno?s Senior and Managing Partner, who has devoted his entire practice to complex litigation, class action, and mass joinder proceedings. In addition to trial work, a large portion of my practice was devoted to brief writing, and post trial review at the trial court and appellate levels. I have authored, and contributed to briefs to the United States Supreme Court, and have briefed and argued matters before the United States Fifth Circuit, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and Louisiana?s First, Fourth, and Fifth Circuit Court?s of Appeal.
I am available for referrals of Plaintiff Personal Injury cases, and other matters of general civil litigation.
