About Randy:

Principal of the Firm, Mr. Brathwaite focuses on Capital Acquisition for emerging, established and entrepreneur businesses. He is in the business of assisting clients maximize their profits, increase revenue and build relationships with financial institutions. Mr. Brathwaite constantly states that in every business venture, ?relationships matter? and with that focus he has build relations with several financial institutions.

Prior to his position as Principal of the practice, Mr. Brathwaite was a Contract Attorney at Sullivan and Cromwell LLP, a top ranked international law firm. Mr. Brathwaite worked with practice groups at the Firm which dealt with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) pre-investigations, Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs), Credit Default Swap Investigations (CDS) and Corporate Litigation. At Sullivan, he researched the FCPA, audio review for market manipulation of major industry benchmark, conducted document analysis and determined whether several corporate employees were violating Federal regulations.

Mr. Brathwaite graduated Magna Cum Laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he acquired his Juris Doctor degree. In Law School, he excelled in the Litigation concentration earning Top Litigator in his Trial Skills section, Quarter-finalist in Moot Court and incorporating the Thomas M. Cooley Caribbean Law Students Association.

Mr. Brathwaite is a member of the Banking Law Committee and the Government Council Committee of New York County Lawyers? Association. He is also the Vice President of Combermere Alumni Association USA Inc.

Mr. Brathwaite is a member of the Advisory Committee to The Consulate General of Barbados, New York.
